Mind Tunnel

Mind Tunnel is a site-specific audiovisual journey through the Islington Canal Tunnel, using spatial sound, laser light, and haze to shape perception as audiences travel through by boat. Structured in two phases—entry and return—the work moves between immersion and re-emergence, activating the tunnel’s acoustics through geometry, water reflection, and limited visibility.

Original spatial score for a moving boat audience. Composed to stay clear over boat and river noise, and to shape the experience with a controlled build and climax. Uses melodic writing and brighter textures (including strings) to keep the tunnel feeling immersive without generic meditation-music cues.
